Between 48 and 24 hours before the party: 50% refund.

Between 24 and 12 hours before the party: 25% refund.

Less than 12 hours before the party: no refund.

Refund Policy

In the event of non-fulfilment of a confirmed order after receipt of payment, OpalMoments will process a full refund, provided the payment was made online through the website checkout flow.

For service orders paid online or via credit or debit card, the refund amount is generally processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date the refund is initiated.
